I think as consumers we should all be treated equal, as for frame rate thats anohter story :) Well all make mistakes, owning them is a big part of growtth and mending and i believe while they did a poor job owning up this is partly their attempt to do that although i also believe they have new things planned for the near future which they are closed to announcing what on earth is wrong with people today? willing to defend bad business practice and the logos behind them at any cost, even at the Detriment of our own peers, our own pockets. Should we forever hold that against them? Its never wise to help companies escape responsibility. It is their fault, they even said 'go buy a pc' at one point when questioned about the issues. Does it even matter to people anymore to actually fact check or at least make an honest attempt at telling the truth? All in all as the game stands and the continued disregard for player input in favor of a more profit driven dlc fest has created a sadly broken game.What a load of rubbish, those days have been over since xbox 360, thats just bad information your spreading. I loved payday and on release despite the heists lacked the same intense driven feel as the original I still loved payday 2 but after a while not only did the quality of updates in general go down but the avalanche of DLC content was carrying the same level of disappointing effort and no real quality to justify their price point. Along with the disappearance of a quarter of a million in prizes for last years paydaycon which the community still has no clue where it went. Now this is only one instance to display the disregard for promises and statements made by their own development crew in OFFICIAL statements.

One such instance was the promise of safehouse customization which while in itself isn't much of a big deal the fact it was stated to be in the game and would be finished with the full release of the game which is now years ago has yet to be implemented.
